In all cases, returned items must be supported by the receipt of purchase and brought to our attention as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event of a Customer wanting to return an item due to the goods being faulty, they can do so within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item, however the shipping of goods is at the Customers expense. In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition and should include all original packaging. Any claim for Goods should be returned with proof of purchase.
All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or PayPal account, excluding all shipping costs, and sales taxes. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this procedure and time span.
Returning items back to us
The shipping of goods is at the Customers expense. The Customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged, and that the Goods are protected when being returned. The Customer must provide to us proof of dispatch to StolenForm. Any items which are not returned in their original condition will be charged to the Customer at the current rate.
